• No discounts are applied on this item.
• The pass holder must appear in the photo they like to claim
• Once purchased, the item is none refundable
• It is the pass holders responsibility to download their associated photos within 3 hours of the photo being taken
• The photo pass cannot be transferred to another year
• Ride photography are subject to change and may not be operational every day. No compensation is available should you not be able to claim the photo
• Photo quality can be affected by factors out of our control. Pomvom accepts no liability where this is the case
• Compromising or inappropriate images, such as (not limited to) nudity, offensive gestures or other content that could be deemed offensive will not be issued.
• Photos added incorrectly to your gallery must be reported and deleted using the “This isn’t me”.
• Terms and conditions are applicable from January 2024 and may be modified at any time.
• Printed photos can be purchased at a discount from the photo units.
• Account or user accounts are tied to your mobile phone number or email address. We will not ask for a password or other traditional user account details. We will send authorisation codes to the phone number or email address that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring provision of a correct number or email address at the time of activation.
