Your use and purchase of products from this site is governed by these terms and conditions.
We may at any time make changes to our website and the details displayed on it (including prices).


Select ‘Collection’ in your basket upon checkout to arrange to collect your order.

Orders will be ready to collect once you have received email confirmation. We will arrange collection via this email.

Do not attempt to collect your order prior to confirmation it is ready to collect.

Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition,

We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you on our discretion.

You may cancel/return your order for goods purchased online (except CD, and DVD if the outer seal wrapper has been removed, and digital content not on a tangible medium) no later than the 14 days after the goods come into your possession. Items to be returned must be in their original resellable condition, all tags/pieces/packaging must be in tact and not removed. Clothing must not be used/ worn. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Contact [email protected] for instructions on returns.

Faulty Goods/Damaged On Delivery
To claim an item as faulty/damaged on delivery you must contact [email protected] and provide a picture of the product(s) as well as the order number within a reasonable time* detailing the reason for fault. If the product is damaged on delivery you must inform us via email no later than 48 hours after receipt of delivery – claims of this nature after the time has lapsed will be invalid and void. If the product is confirmed damaged, in order to obtain a replacement, you must post the faulty item(s) back to us and we will reimburse you for postage.
Only once we receive the item(s) back in our possession will we issue a replacement.

Lost Parcels

Parcels cannot be treated as lost until 10 working days have passed from when the item is dispatched. Any claim made after 30 days from dispatch cannot be disputed as lost due to time passed.


Shipping labels are automatically generated from the order form and use the exact address inputted. Check shipping information is correct before placing an order as this cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. Any incorrect information will be processed as correct and thus no fault will be received on our end.

We cannot guarantee a specific date of the delivery. ‘Next Working Day’ will be subject to courier. Orders received over a weekend or bank holiday will not be processed over this time. Orders are processed in 1-3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order and been packed and shipped, one email will contain confirmation of shipping, a second email will be sent with the tracking details.


When purchasing the embroidery service for your product, please be aware that once this service has been applied, the item becomes personalized and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ride Parts

Ride parts may be subject to collection only method due to size and weight.

Any ride cars and props will be subject to collection only.

The only ride parts we will ship are wheels, pins, shields, and any parts that may be removed from a ride during maintenance.

Ride part conditions may vary from the photo displayed on the product image. This is due to the item being used on an operating ride which leads to wear and tear on the item. This is a factor beyond our control.

Promotions Policy

Any promotions placed on our website are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion nor any UK Bank and Public Holidays, Saturdays during Bank Holiday Weekends. Dates of when the promotions apply will be specified with each offer.

Stock Availability

At Pleasure Beach Resort, we try to offer our full merchandise to you the customer. When the resort it open, stock can change rapidly, especially on popular products, and it maybe that the online stock quantities don’t always reflect the available stock!

If a certain item you order is not in stock, we will give you a full refund on the item(s) that are out of stock.
