Please note that our retail team are out of the office from Thursday 14th December until Tuesday 2nd January. If your enquiry is of an urgent nature, please send an email to [email protected], however, our response time may be longer than normal.

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please place your order before Friday 15th December.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you need help with an order and there is no answer here all you need to do is email: [email protected] or go to the Contact Us section of the website.

If you place an order and realise that you have ordered the wrong sized item or made a mistake with the shipping address, email us ASAP. We recommend checking over your order confirmation email for any discrepancies as we may have processed your order before you realise.

To cancel your order, you need to email: [email protected] ASAP and a refund will be processed.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a set time for when your order will arrive.

You can track your order via the link included in your dispatch email (make sure you double-check this hasn’t ended up in your junk folder), all you need is your tracking number and post code. Your dispatch email will inform you which courier will be delivering your order.

If your estimated delivery timescale has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our team and they will do their best to investigate this for you.

 

My order is showing as delivered but I haven’t received it. What can you do?

Before contacting us please make sure your order hasn’t been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If your order hasn’t been left elsewhere and has gone missing please file a report with the courier selected to deliver your order, once deemed missing email the proof and replacements can be shipped out.

If there is an item missing from your order or you have received the incorrect items please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping methods that are Available:

Evri and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries

If you require international shipping please email us at: [email protected] and we can sort out the details and payment.

If you’ve returned something to us for a refund, it can take up to 7 days to process your return once we receive it into our warehouse.

Once we have processed your refund, this normally takes around 3-5 working days to go back to your account though, due to banking processes, the process can take up to 10 working days.
