Pleasure Beach Shopping e-gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are a convenient and flexible way to shop for yourself or gift others on our website.

Redemption

• Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the Pleasure Beach Shopping website and are not valid in physical stores or on other platforms.
• To redeem a Gift Card, enter the unique code provided at checkout.

Validity Period

• Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

Usage

• Gift Cards can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
• The Gift Card balance cannot be transferred to another account, combined with other Gift Cards, or exchanged for cash.
• If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift Cards may be purchased for personal use or as a gift for others.
• When gifting, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s email address is accurate and valid.

Restrictions

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• Fraudulent use of Gift Cards may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.
• Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our standard return policy. Any refund for returned items will be credited back to the original Gift Card.

Changes to Terms

Pleasure Beach Shopping reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on our website.
