Terms and Conditions for Neon Sign Purchases

Order and Cancellation Policy

Each neon sign is custom-made to order by our supplier. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Lead Time and Shipping

The standard lead time for production is 14 days but manufacturing times may be longer, this is out of our control. Please allow additional time for shipping. Delivery charges apply only for the UK. If you are located outside the UK, please contact us to discuss international shipping options.

Refunds and Reporting Issues

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty upon arrival. Upon receipt of your purchase, please ensure all items are checked immediately. Any breakages or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Liability for Defects

Pleasure Beach Resort is not liable for any defects in the neon lights. Any issues must be reported within the 48-hour window specified above.

Collection Policy

Please note that there is no option for collection, as we do not store neon signs on-site.

Payment Terms

Payment will be taken at checkout. By completing the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Once payment has been made, your order will be scheduled for production.
