Order Deadline

Orders must be placed before 14th December 2020. Any orders placed after this time will not be processed until the week commencing the 4th January 2021.

Order Disputes

Our offices are closed from the 18th December 2020 to 5th January 2021. Any email queries will be responded to upon reopening in 2021.

Once an order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for missed deadlines due to courier issues. A parcel must have been allowed 10 working days to arrive before it can be claimed as lost.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
